Designer Nancy Vuu to show at LA Style Fashion Week
BE BOLD. BE ELEGANT. BE DIFFERENT. BE YOU.
Designer Nancy Vuu blends the line between fantasy and reality with her luxury collection for children and teens. Inspired by faith, divine intervention brought profession of 16 years to an end to focus on family’s life, and ultimately show her premier children’s line of couture designs at LA Style Fashion Week 2014. This fall, Nancy Vuu will bring her Marie Antoinette-inspired children’s designs to the runways of LA Style Fashion Week 2015.
Nancy Vuu has always been an artist. In July 2013, she picked up photography and Nancy Vuu Productions and Designs was born. Vuu’s vibrant editorial work includes Vogue Italia, while her children’s photography focuses on some of the most highly sought children’s boutique wear, including LAFW Oct2013 veteran, Australia based Dollcake Oh-So-Girly.
“I have an urge to make everything pretty!” says Vuu of her children’s line of couture designs. Being a mother of four and sister to five herself, Vuu has a special place in her heart for children. Her mission is to share that high fashion and bold beauty can be pure and wholesome, and especially fun for children.
Some of Vuu’s signature staples include regal rosettes, cream silk, duppioni lace tiering, and peacock trim. Little girls and boys are drawn to the puff sleeves and high colors. Hoop skirts bring ball gowns to every day life. The delightful designs blend the borders of reality and fantasy, making them entirely fun to wear and show off for all ages.
Recollecting from recent A-list success in the world’s best film and fashion productions, Nancy Vuu is currently fine-tuning her florals to show this October at LA Style Fashion Week 2015.
